There is a story written in the books that:

Pharaoh used to claim to be God, but there was no rain for a year and a famine.

People came and complained that we are perishing in famine, how are you God, why don't you send rain?

Pharaoh had a friendship with the devil, he told all the stories to the devil, and the devil promised that it would rain tomorrow.

So he gathered all the devils and said that tonight everyone should go upstairs and urinate, so that water would fall from above like rain and people would think that it has rained.

In this way, it rained, but the smell was blowing my mind.

Pharaoh asked what kind of rain it is that it smells so bad!

Satan said, "You are a great fool, as you are God, so is your rain smelly and the rain of true God also has the fragrance of life."

It has been mentioned in the hadiths that where Dajjal goes, it will rain.

Remember! This does not make it necessary for the rain to be in his possession, it is an istadaraj (a test of human beings similar to dignity), if he wills, the rain will begin with the power of Allah Ta'ala, his followers will think that he has rained.

It should not be suspected that there will be deception in it (the believers will be deceived).

The answer is that it is not a matter of deception, because "Kafir" will be written on his forehead, which will be read by everyone, and the other is that he will be deaf and God Almighty is free from all defects.
